From needle and thread to export-ready cargo

Taiyo Industry is a manufacturer, supplier, and exporter working across hand embroidery, leather goods, protective gear, flags and banners, and custom apparel. Every order starts the same way — with a brief, a sketch, or a reference sample — and ends with a finished product packed for international shipment.

What sets a mixed-craft workshop apart is control. When embroidery, leatherwork, and garment production happen under one roof, colours, materials, and branding stay consistent across an entire order — whether that order is a run of embroidered badges or a full team kit of tracksuits and bags.

We work directly with buyers on specification: fabric weight, thread colour, leather grade, sizing charts, and packaging. Nothing goes into production until a sample has been approved.
